GUARANTEED PRE-XMAS DELIVERY: This is our next working day courier service. Fully trackable and requires a signature on arrival. The 'guarantee' relies on someone being home to sign for the goods etc (all the usual terms you'd expect). We cannot be held responsible for any non-delivery due to circumstances outside our control (e.g weather conditions).
TIP - If there will be nobody home to sign for the parcel, please choose a more suitable delivery address (such as a work address). If your house / delivery address is quite hard to find or confusing for the driver, then drop us an email with info and we'll get this over to City Link to help the driver find you, to avoid any hold up

UK Royal Mail
We’re already finding Royal Mail deliveries take longer than usual, due to the lead-up to Xmas. Please allow an extra couple of working days on top of the usual delivery time for the service selected.
TIP: if the items wont fit through your letterbox, check with neighbours and at your local Post Office / Depot as some Posties run out of “while you were out” cards, so they might have attempted delivery.
UK Next Working Day Courier
Your order will be due for delivery the next working day after dispatch (so excludes Sat & Sun). Deliveries can arrive anytime from 8.30am and 5.00pm. Over the Xmas period, some deliveries can arrive a little later into the evening.

Our Promise To You
We know from the last couple of years what chaos the weather can cause, so with weather warnings in place here in the UK, and snow no doubt on the horizon, we want to make a little pledge to you to do all we can to get your Xmas pressies under the tree for the big day. Our powers can only stretch so far though and we don't want to lure you with false claims of 'guaranteed delivery' etc, so instead we are committed to offering the best service we possibly can, honesty and a promise to:
a) Keep our side of the deal - if you request a next working day delivery, we'll send your order out on a next day service. If you order before 1pm, we'll dispatch your order that day. Simple. But, if you're still knee deep in snow or Mother Nature causes utter mayhem out there, we can't 100% promise that you will get your delivery on time... Common sense, we know, but we feel honesty is the best policy.
b) Track, trace & chase! If you've chosen a courier delivery, we can provide you with tracking details once the order has been collected from us (after 4pm weekdays). Drop us an email or call and we'll give you the details. If you need to add or alter any details, or would like us to chase up on anything, just ask... We're here to help and will do all we can.
c) Provide a personal response to all enquiries - Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com and you will get an actual personal reply from a real person, specific to your enquiry. Not an automated, computer, standard reply, like with many other websites.
d) Give you an actual person to speak to on the end of the phone - Call us Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and speak to a member of staff who will be more than happy to help with any enquiry you may have. e) Keep you informed here on our site - We'll provide updates whenever we can, links to service updates for couriers and postal companies, news, weather....anything that might help really. Check this page and our blog and we'll aim to keep you updated with any major delivery issues that come to light. Good news so far is all deliveries are running smoothly this year.... YAY! Our Xmas Returns Policy
Our returns period has been extended for the Christmas season. Any purchases made on or after 8th November can be returned to us up until 14th January 2020. See 'exchanges and refunds' for further info
