Refund policy

Exchanges & Refunds - 

Goods purchased can be returned for a refund providing they are received back to us within 28 days in the same condition purchased. Items must be in the original packaging with the swing tags / barcodes in place underwear (for hygiene reasons).

For returns and exchanges, you are responsible for carriage costs incurred returning goods to us. We would advise to return any items back to us via an insured method of delivery for your protection.

Orders can be returned through our retail Store free of charge - Please ensure your invoice is included and all packing. 

NOTE: We have a 2 person checking system to ensure goods leave us in A1 condition. 

Our return address is: BRG Returns, 368 Kingsway, Hove BN3 4QT. You will find returns instructions including our return address listed on the back of the invoice you will receive with your order. Please follow the instructions to action your return / exchange.
