Due to Covid-19 we can not guarantee same day despatch at the moment. Orders will take longer to arrive during this period. Please see our guide lines for delivery when you place your order. As our store is closed we can not accept collect from store orders.
Please note all courier and signed services will need signing for.

International orders - Place the items you would like to order in the basket and click get postage quote to obtain Postage costs for your Country. All orders will be dispatched using a tracked and signed for delivery.
Collecting From Our Store - Address for collection is: Ocean Sports Board Riders, 368 Kingsway, Hove BN3 4QT. Opening times are Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 5.30pm and Sunday 9.30am to 4.00pm. Your order will be ready to collect from us at 3pm the next day, just pop in and ask at the till for your order.
Please note our office is closed at the weekend so any orders made after 9am Friday will be available Monday afternoon.
Exchanges & Refunds - During Covid-19 please email for a returns number and instructions on how to make a return. firstname.lastname@example.org. - Please do not return items without an authorised returns number during this time.
Once normal services resume as follows will be the procedure - Goods purchased can be returned for a refund or exchange providing they are received back to us within 14 days (28 days for overseas orders) in the same condition purchased. Items must be in the original packaging with the swing tags / barcodes in place. Please note a refund will not be given on DVD’s, books or on underwear (for hygiene reasons). For returns and exchanges, you are responsible for carriage costs incurred returning goods to us. We would advise to return any items back to us via an insured method of delivery for your protection.
Orders can be returned through our retail Store free of charge - Please ensure your invoice is included and all packing.
NOTE: We have a 2 person checking system to ensure goods leave us in A1 condition. Our return address is: BRG Returns, 368 Kingsway, Hove BN3 4QT. You will find returns instructions including our return address listed on the back of the invoice you will receive with your order. Please follow the instructions to action your return / exchange.
