UK Mainland Delivery Shipping & Handling

UK Delivery / UK Mainland Deliveries: We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Generally orders under the value of £60 will be sent by Royal Mail and orders over £60 in value will be sent via a courier service, such as City Link or Parcelforce. Please note that courier deliveries do require a signature on arrival, so please supply a suitable delivery address, such as a work address, where necessary. Courier deliveries usually arrive between 8.30am and 5.30pm on weekdays only.

 PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL COURIER DELIVERIES AND ROYAL MAIL RECORDED DELIVERIES REQUIRE A SIGNATURE ON ARRIVAL - PLEASE A SUITABLE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Next Working Day Delivery - please note that this is subject to weather conditions. We cannot be held responsible for any hold up in delivery due to factors outside our control.

Please note that although most deliveries do arrive within the estimated time frame, we need to wait 21 days from dispatch before we can investigate any Royal Mail missing parcels and trace / replace / refund your order.

Collect from Store

 Our retail store is based in Hove, East Sussex. If you would like to collect you order from our store rather than have it delivered to you, just select the 'COLLECT FROM STORE' option at the checkout.

Delivery Schedule

We should have all items in stock and aim to despatch all orders within 2 days. If your order is placed online before 1pm Monday to Friday we will normally despatch your order that day, otherwise it will leave on the next working day. Let us know when ordering if you require the items by a particular date, we will try our best to get you what you want when you want it. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any delays to delivery due to adverse weather conditions.

Exchanges & Refunds

Goods purchased can be returned for a refund or exchange providing they are received back to us within 14 days in the same condition purchased. Items must be in the original packaging with the swing tags / barcodes in place.Please note a refund will not be given on DVD’s, books or on underwear (for hygiene reasons).

For returns and exchanges, you are responsible for carriage costs incurred getting goods returned to us. We would advise you to return any items back to us via an insured method of delivery for your protection.

UK Orders: We will cover carriage cost to send replacement goods back to you.

International Orders: We will cover return postage up to £5.00. You will be required to cover costs exceeding this, where products have been changed for any reason other than being faulty or incorrect.

NOTE: We have a 2 person checking system to ensure goods leave us in A1 condition. Items on occasion do get damaged in transit. and very occasionally we may miss a slight defect in an item Any goods received in a damaged condition must be reported to us within 72 hours of receipt. Any deliveries that arrive with packaging in an unsuitable condition, and appear to have been damaged in transit, should be signed for as 'damaged'. Any warranty faults on goods are treated as a separate case and are not affected.

Our return address is: BRG Returns, 368 Kingsway, Hove BN3 4QT. You will find returns instructions including our return address listed on the back of the blue invoice you will receive with your order. Please follow the instructions to action your return / exchange.
