Our returns period has been extended for the Christmas season. Any purchases made on or after 15th November in store or online can be returned to us up until 25th January 2024.

GUARANTEED PRE-XMAS DELIVERY VIA DPD.

 Fully trackable DPD parcels require a signature on arrival. The 'guarantee' relies on someone being at home to receive the goods. We cannot be held responsible for any non-delivery due to circumstances outside our control (e.g weather conditions / Courier strikes).

Please note all 'last posting dates' are recommended dates as given to us by Royal Mail and DPD. We cannot be held responsible for any delay to your delivery for reasons outside of our control. But we do promise to do all we can to help you if a problem arrises.
