Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site and click on any items that you wish to buy, this will place them into your shopping basket. You can view what you have chosen and amend your order at anytime by clicking the 'VIEW BASKET SECTION' at the top of each page. After you have finished choosing, click on "CHECK OUT" You will need to register your details with our site this will give you a record of your purchases and make future purchases faster too. Please note if this is your first order and you want delivery to a secondary address other than your registered card address (Like your place of work) in some cases we may request some ID to be emailed or faxed to us to complete our security checks. This will only apply to a first order.We guarantee to keep your details secure and not to pass on any information to other parties.
Please note that unless a colour choice is given / offered all items are sold as assorted / mixed colours.

We accept Visa, Switch, Solo, Delta, Maestro and Mastercard. We do not take payment for any item until it is ready to ship. Your credit card information is sent via a secure order form on the site this is the quickest and safest way of ordering, you can however order via phone if you prefer.
Paying by Pay Pal. You can pay via your paypal account by paying directly into our business pay pal account. In order to do so you will need to contact us to get our paypal account information. Once payment is received we will dispatch your goods on the same business day that the payment is received. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Goods purchased can be returned for a refund or exchange providing they are received back to us within 14 days in the same condition purchased.
Items must be in the original packaging with the swing tags / Bar codes in place. Please note a refund will not be given on DVDS or Books. We would advise you to return any items back to us via an insured method of delivery for your protection.
For Returns and Exchanges you must pay the carriage costs incurred getting goods returned to us, if applicable we will cover carriage charges incurred getting replacement goods back to you.
International Orders : We will cover return postage up to £5.00 - You will be required to cover costs exeeding this where products have been changed for any reason other than being faulty or incorrect.
You will find Returns instructions including our Return address listed on the back of the blue invoice you will receive with your order. Please follow the instructions to action your return / exchange. Cancellation Policy

You may also cancel your order prior to dispatch by telephone or by Email, if the goods have already been dispatched and you decide to cancel your order you can return the goods to us at your cost using the above procedure within 14 days from the date of purchase.

First thing to considerDepending on the size and nature of your order we may require you or someone to be in to sign for it when it arrives - Boardridersguide tip: If you aren't going to be home then best thing to do is get your order sent to your works address or to an address you know someone is going to be in at.
Mainland Standard U.K Postage Orders placed online before 1pm are usually sent the same day for a Post and Packing charge of £2.99 - Please allow 4-5 working days for delivery. Generally orders below £60.00 will go by Royal Mail postal service and orders over £60.00 will be sent via City-Link courier service and should arrive within three working days. If you require your order to be sent via Royal Mail then please contact us.
Surcharged items (UK Mainland Only) These include: Surfboards and Surfboard packs these will be charged at £15.00. Snowboards, Snowboard Packs, Skateboards, Kite Boards and Body boards which will be charged at £10.00 - Padded Surfboard bags and large holdalls which will be charged at £6.00 - Please allow 4-5 working days for delivery.
Next Working Day delivery (UK Mainland Only) Orders placed online before 1pm and via the phone before 3pm on a working day can be sent the same day for Next working day delivery, this is charged at £5.99 and is available for Mainland UK - non surcharged items only. Please provide a daytime telephone number we can reach you on encase of any problems. Please note that when ordering a next day service someone will need to sign for the goods, so it may be best to get the goods sent to your work address if applicable. City-Link courier service will deliver between the hours of 8:00am - 5:30pm.
Collect from StoreOur retail store is based in Hove, East Sussex. If you would like to collect you order from our store rather than have it delivered to you, just select the 'COLLECT FROM STORE' option at the checkout. Please note the following collection schedule:

Europe and Channel Islands Orders for non-surcharged items for these areas we would suggest you email us for a quotation on shipping costs.
Rest of the World Orders for non-surcharged items to these areas we recommend you email us for a quotation, Please note we are unable to ship to the USA and Canada
**FREE DELIVERY: Free Delivery applies to the UK mainland only, for orders over £59.99 and excludes Surfboards, Bodyboard, Board Bags, Luggage, Snowboards, Ocean Kayaks and other large boxed items. Orders sent by Free Delivery will be sent Via City-Link standard courier service and will be delivered between 2-3 working days.
**NOTE: It may appear that you have been charged for postage as it will show on your confirmation email however your order will have the postage deducted from the order when we process your order. This will be shown on your invoice receipt.

We should have all items in stock and aim to despatch your order straight away.
If your order is placed online before 1pm Monday to Friday we will normally despatch your order that day, otherwise it will leave on the Next Working Day.
Orders requiring Next Working day delivery must be received before 1pm in order to be despatched the same day for delivery the Next Working Day. Next Working Day delivery is only available Monday - Friday for mainland U.K orders on non surcharged products.
Let us know when ordering if you require the items by a particular date, we will try our best to get you what you want when you want it.
