The standard European

Delivery to Rest of the
World:
Delivery
to Rest of the World – NOW ONLY £19.99 per
order!
We now offer a flat
shipping rate of only £19.99 to countries outside
Europe. Delivery schedule is approx 7-14 working days. We regret
that we are unable to accept orders from the USA or
Canada.
The standard World
delivery rate excludes ‘surcharged items’ –
bodyboards, surf and snowboard bags, luggage, snowboards and
surfboards. If you are looking to get a ‘surcharged
item’ delivered, please email us at info@boardriders.co.uk for a shipping quote.
N.B - We
work closely with a selection of couriers on all deliveries, to get
the best possible prices. However on very rare occasions, the
shipping cost of your order may be so high it is completely
impossible to send at the advertised rate. We will always contact
you in this situation and we therefore reserve the right to cancel
and refuse orders. All orders are also subject to
availability.
DELIVERY
SCHEDULE
Orders placed before 1pm
Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next working day and
orders placed over the weekend will be processed and dispatched on
the Monday. On dispatch, non-surcharged items will be sent by
either Royal Mail International or Parcelforce, who aim to deliver
to the following schedule:

CURRENCY
RATES
Our default currency is
British Pounds Sterling (GBP), however you can now view prices in
Australian Dollars, Euro or Norwegian Krona. Simply click on the
relevant flag on the header bar of the site and your chosen
currency will be displayed in brackets under the default price in
GBP.
Please note that your card
will be charged when your order is processed/dispatched and not at
the time of ordering. Due to daily fluctuations in exchange rates,
you may find you have been charged an amount slightly different to
the amount shown in your shopping basket. You will be
charged/invoiced in GBP and your currency will be charged at the
exchange rate set by your bank at the time of
processing.
VAT & DUTY
FREE SHOPPING
All prices shown on our
site are inclusive of VAT, which is applicable to Great Britain and
EU countries. If you are placing your order from a non-EU country,
we are able to deduct the 17.5% VAT from you order. This will be
done automatically, once you reach the checkout, with your account
and delivery address complete. You will notice the VAT amount has
been deducted from your total on the final ‘Confirm
Order’ page.
