Making
A Purchase
Making a
purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site and click on any
items that you wish to buy, this will place them into your shopping
basket. You can view what you have chosen and amend your order at
anytime by clicking the 'VIEW BASKET SECTION' at the top of each
page. After you have finished choosing, click on "CHECK OUT" You
will need to register your details with our site this will give you
a record of your purchases and make future purchases faster
too. Please note if this is your first order and you want delivery
to a secondary address other than your registered card address
(Like your place of work) in some cases we may request some ID to
be emailed or faxed to us to complete our security checks. This
will only apply to a first order. We guarantee to keep your details secure and not to
pass on any information to other parties.
Please note
that unless a colour choice is given / offered all items are sold
as assorted / mixed colours.
Please note that the colour scheme shown on a product is not always
the colour you
will receive especially if the product is sold as assorted or mixed
colours. If you have
any special requests including colour choices please email or call
us and we will try our very best to meet your requirements where
possible.
Payment Methods
We accept
Visa, Switch, Solo, Delta, Maestro and Mastercard. We do not take
payment for any item until it is ready to ship. Your credit card
information is sent via a secure order form on the site this is the
quickest and safest way of ordering, you can however order via
phone if you prefer.
If this is the
1st order you have placed with us online and you require delivery
to another address (i.e your work address) we may require proof of
your billing address faxed or emailed to us. (Utility bill /
Driving License / Bank Statements are acceptable)

Postage
charges are approximates, we reserve the right to change, amend or
refuse any order, of course we will contact you first before any
action is taken.
Returns, Exchanges &
Refunds
Goods
purchased can be returned for a refund or exchange providing they
are received back to us within 14 days in the same condition
purchased.
Items must be
in the original packaging with the swing tags / Bar codes in place.
Please note a refund will not be given on DVDS or Books. We would
advise you to return any items back to us via an insured method of
delivery for your protection.
For Returns
and Exchanges you must pay the carriage costs incurred getting
goods returned to us, if applicable we will cover carriage charges
incurred getting replacement goods back to you.
You will
find Returns instructions including our Return address listed on
the back of the blue invoice you will receive with your order.
Please follow the instructions to action your return / exchange. If

Cancellation Policy
You may also
cancel your order prior to dispatch by telephone or by Email, if
the goods have already been dispatched and you decide to cancel
your order you can return the goods to us at your cost using the
above procedure within 14 days from the date of
purchase.
Shipping And
Handling
First thing to
consider Depending on the size and nature of your order we may
require you or someone to be in to sign for it when it arrives -
Boardridersguide tip: If you aren't going to be
home then best thing to do is get your order sent to your works
address or to an address you know someone is going to be in
at.
Mainland Standard U.K Postage Orders placed
online before 1pm are usually sent the same day for a Post and
Packing charge of £2.99 - Please allow 4-5 working days for
delivery. Generally orders below £60.00 will go by Royal Mail
postal service and orders over £60.00 will be sent via City-Link
courier service and should arrive within three working days. If you
require your order to be sent via Royal Mail then please
contact us.
